These programs fund our technology, reading, math & Spanish specialists, teacher development and training programs, classroom support and enrichment materials, student programs and PTA initiatives, faculty expenses and technology maintenance and equipment upgrades, just to name a few.

Grocery Cards

Currently HEB and Randalls annually contribute $30,000 to Highland Park on your behalf. Your willingness to participate in this program and pay for a portion of your groceries with our gift cards provide more programs for all of our children. We have raised all this money without costing your family a single cent! Gift Wrap

The Gift Wrap and Chocolates fundraiser kicks off in September and raises more than $20,000 for the school. The sale includes high-quality gift wrap and accessories, as well as delicious chocolates that make awesome client, teacher and holiday gifts. Birthday Books

Please join our Birthday Book Club and help bring in new stories to our Scotties. In the library there is a trolley full of new books, just choose one with a donation of $15.00. Or you can purchase your own special new book. The book you select will be inscribed with a personal dedication to your child. They will have their picture on the birthday book club display for the whole year and will be the first to check out their new book. You will find the dedication forms on the school web-site. Endowment Fund

Donate to the Highland Park Elementary School Endowment Fund at the Austin Community Foundation. The earnings of this fund are used each year to cover various programs for the school. Randall's Good Neighbor Program

Here is a chance to give to Highland Park Elementary School simply by going grocery shopping. Complete and submit the Randall's Good Neighbor Form and every time you go grocery shopping at Randall's, 1% of you purchase amount will go to Highland Park. With over 600 students in this school, that money can add up. Be sure to put #470 as your charity number!

Target's Take Charge of Education Program

You shop at Target, Highland Park Elementary School benefits. Link your Target REDcard to Highland Park on this website. Target tracks purchases made by participating REDcard holders, then sends a no-strings-attached donation check directly to the school principal.
