This person will coordinate with all of the necessary PTA Committee Chairs and AISD/HP staff to have folders available the first day of school to provide to all Highland Park students.

This involves coordinating and purchasing the necessary folders and stickers. It also involves coordinating with the individuals who are interested in having information in the flyers to have the necessary copies available and finally coordinating the assembly of all of the folders. This year 700 folders were assembled.
