C.L.A.S.S. Service Event

Wednesday, February 29th at 2:45 PM

As part of our current C.L.A.S.S. focus on the importance of water both locally and globally, Highland Park is proud to host this special event.  All H.P. students and their families are invited to attend.  Mr. Tuhabonye has graciously donated his time to speak on Water for Africa - Helping Ourselves and Others.  Join us for an inspiring afternoon as we consider how our students can help The Gazelle Foundation in their efforts.

Highland Park Book Fair Luau

Book Fair may be over but don't be sad if you did not have a chance to get that favorite book.  There is still time!  We will be having an online Book Fair now until February 24th.  Simply go to scholastic.com/schoolbookfairs.  The proceeds from the online book fair will still go toward the Highland Park library.

We want to thank everyone who volunteered.  The Book Fair could not have happened without you.  A very special thank you goes out to Ray Calderon.  Thank you, Ray for getting the family night dinner and the breakfast foods for Donuts with Dad.  You are amazing!  Also thanks to all of you who shopped at this year's event! Scotties definitely love to read and the Highland Park library will be better because of it.  Thanks again from Christy Savage, Ellen Ray, Cheryl Mullins, and Stacy Mendelson.

Help with Music

Mrs. Satterwhite is seeking parents with guitar experience to assist with 5th grade Music classes from 7:50-8:40 throughout March.  Let her know if you are capable, available, and interested in helping during 5th grades class guitar lessons for a day, a week, or any length of time.
